Electrode or electrical resistance?

The heating of water by ionization is by far the most economical, non-polluting and therefore ecological among all the existing methods, due to the principle of operation, which consists in the action of the electric current on the water molecule, which it divides into ions, which are actively moving between Electrodes, as an effect resulting in the heating of the "inside" water, as opposed to resistance, which represents an intermediary.

In addition, the temperature of the resistance reaches 450 ° C, that is, much above the boiling point, on the surface of the resistance, small air bubbles (process similar to boiling) appear, which forms a thermal insulation layer, lowering the yield even more. Last but not least, we all know how a resistance that has worked for a period in water - full of limestone (which is still a barrier to the heat).

Comparative analyzes often encountered on different commercial sites, but also specialized, refer to different electrical heating systems, without taking into account such power stations because they do not have information about the particularities of this technology. Unlike other manufacturers, we produce central, that is, an integrated and complex system, framed in a qualitative housing, not just the heating element, to which the control system, pump, control systems, etc. must be bought.

The principle of operating the power plant with electrodes excludes electrocution by radiators. As a proof, about 20 years since they are in operation abroad and about 10 years in our country, such cases have not been registered, which has led us to launch production.
